The short version,in plain words
What this site is
A description of Segue, a writing tool that suggests transition words after punctuation, plus a working demonstration of how it chooses them. Segue is in early access. Nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will ship, or that it will ship on a particular date.
The demo
The writing box is provided as-is, for you to try. It runs in your browser and keeps nothing. Do not rely on it to store a draft — reload the page and your text is gone, by design.
The waitlist
Joining the list means we may email you about Segue. It does not guarantee access, a price, or a place in any particular release. You can leave at any time using the link in any message we send.
Please use an address you control, and do not submit anyone else’s. We may remove entries that look automated or abusive.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload, or probe this site for weaknesses.
- Do not scrape the waitlist endpoint or submit to it automatically.
- The words, layout and code of this site belong to Segue. The transition words themselves belong to the English language.
Liability
This site is provided without warranty. We are not liable for anything that follows from using it, including any writing you produce with a suggestion it gave you. Sentences remain your responsibility.
Changes
These terms will change as Segue does. The date at the top says when they last did. See also our privacy page.
Written to be read rather than to be litigated. Have a lawyer look at this before Segue takes money or opens to the public.
